Keith was exactly what we needed to sort out our ageing kitchen work top, he replaced the worktop and did some "tweaks" to plumbing, tiling and it looks like a brand new kitchen. Highly recommended and we want him back at home to do more work asap.

I decided not to go ahead with the installation as I have put my property on the market instead. However, I felt that the communication from the offset and quick response was good enough for me to feel that I would have gone ahead and had the job done by this company if circumstances had been different.

I gave a garage conversion project into a full en-suite bedroom to Radu. Radu surpassed all my expectations on his work ethics, (always punctual), work quality (highest level), integrity and affordable. He never cut corners and the final result shows. Radu spent as long as it took to get the job completed. I have used Radu for a lot of other smaller jobs since and he has been doing this very effectively and quickly. Well done Radu and thank you.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work
