Great team and work. All work was completed with each phase being completed as described. Clean, tidy and professional keeping disturbance to the neighbours down to the minimum. Will be using these guys again for my next project.

They re-lined a long neglected Garden Pond and revived a blocked soak-away . They added a water butt to the soak-away. They worked hard in a biting wind and a shower or two. Very satisfied with the result..

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

We are so happy with our kitchen fitting from Dynos Design! Jacek and his crew are very professional, friendly and highly skilled. From the moment we began speaking for the initial scoping the knowledge and experience was very apparent and during the fitting they were very hard working and put us at ease, liaising with us throughout. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend for any kitchen work you need doing!

Mark and the team were a great team and work hard, with some good banter along the way. The patio is hundreds of times better than what we had. My only slight negative would be Conor watch those spacings / gaps between the slabs.
