Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. Tom was responsive and friendly and sorted our gutter issue quickly, installing a downpipe to relieve rain water that was causing damp to my neighbour's property. The job looks neat and tidy, and he was accommodating considering I didn't want scaffolding - he managed to get around this issue and was professional at each step. Job was done as specified but not quite excelelnt on keeping us updated on progress of job post quote.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
