Prompt, professional and polite, exactly what you want. Said they would be with me 09:00 Monday morning and by my watch they were 2 mins early! How many times do you get a time and it can be missed by days - not these guys. More than happy with the work - my roof looks a million times better. Friendly crew that kept in me in the loop of when they would be around and kept to it. Can’t fault them.
I cover both indoor and outdoor aspects of Plasteirng and have been on the trade for around 7 years roughly. Whenever I take on a job I do my absolutely best to be neat and tidy as I know how important is is to yourself the customer. All work undertaken is done to the highest possible standard as that’s why all my ratings but one are positive (when I injured my shoulder and had no chance to rectify) I have just come back on Rated People after a couple of years working full time for a specific contractor and have had no need to be on here in case you where wondering why the reviews are old. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
