I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. He completed the job inside 2 hours with a little help from myself to help safely mount each shelf into place. Costa is open, friendly, reliable and able. Ash came round to quote the same day and gave a very good price. He gave me different options that i could have put down. He did the job the next day within a few hours. Very Friendly and helpful and I would definitely use him again if i needed any more floors levelling in the future.

External Rendering. Someone as had work done after ours and rated excellent? WELL! Poor job done and conded out of our hard earned money. Way out of his depth doing this sort of work. Did a runner with money for unfinished and poor job. Promised? to refund some monies but now says he has given up Plastering and Rendering. Blocked my calls and does not seem to have a conscience, and not seen any refund.

Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. His favourite word was “Perfect” and this was reflected in his work.`The job did take longer than expected, through no fault of his own and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I look forward to employing him again in the near future. Excellent tradesman.

I reiterate that less than a third of the job was completed and half the money was paid. This was not a payment plan issue as you wanted a small amount to cover fuel on starting the job and the balance at completion - a third of the moneys were given at the start and further funds were given after a week, although the work was no where near completion. You then made several excuses as to why you did not turn up and finally let me down completely. i stand by my original comment whole heartily HIRE AT RISK
