James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. It is always a gamble choosing tradesmen you don't know but I will certainly use James and his partner for future jobs.

Sam…responded quickly and came to the property and quoted same day. He was able to install / complete the internal work before Xmas. Once the terrible January weather had improved he returned and did an excellent job sorting and installing all the outside lights and the garage. Really great job would definitely recommend . Highly recommended both lads worked tirelessly even in the rain to get the job finished on time. Worked immaculately tidied up every day and left the site spotless once they had finished. Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. A very honest team which is very rare these days. Highly recommended.

Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Welcome to LWR Property Services Profile. I cover a wide range of services and complete them to a very high standard. I work mostly on my own and have very little overheads as I am a very small company meaning my prices are relatively low compared to your "bigger" companies with more overheads. I have good relationships with suppliers meaning I can usually get you the same product, cheaper. Yes, I pass on the discount to the customer! Which is probably one of the bigger reasons why I am usually a cheaper option. Yes, being on my own (most of the time, depends on the size of the job) can mean jobs take slightly longer I have to admit however, I promise you will get the same standard of job, if not better for less cost to you. I am very confident at what I do. It is all I have ever done since leaving school and I do take great pride in the work I do, if I am not 100% confident that I can give you a great result, I simply won't do it and will recommend someone who can for example, cutting a stone worktop. Something I do not have the equipment to do. Doing a good job is important to me because if I don't, you'll give me a bad review and in turn, lose potential work. That is something a very small, local tradesman like myself simply can't afford. Had Luke round to do my job, well pleased with fence and gate, had him back a few more times to do other bits and bobs around the garden, he's a lovely friendly bloke and can't do enough to help, cleaned up after and gave advice on saving money for job I needed doing, will definitely have more jobs for him in future
