We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!
I’ve worked in the construction industry since I was 16. Doing complete property refurbs right back to the bare shell to complete the project. Went to college when I was 27 and served my time with Rothwells plumbing services where I learned all aspects of plumbing and heating installations. I’ve worked for various social housing providers installing wet rooms bathrooms, heating systems kitchen tiling, and many other tasks. More recently I've been providing maintenance services to landlords and schools .
Anthony was brilliant from start to finish from initial quote to coming to the job to finish. He ripped out all the poor work done by the original contractor and replaced it all with the correct materials and left the house in a clean which didn’t happen when we originally had the bathroom fitted. He come back the week after and repaired the ceiling in the living room which had been damaged by the leaking shower and now everything is done I’m so happy with all that has been done.
I first started many years ago as an apprentice in the new build housing business undertaking many tasks such as roofing & constructional jobs though mainly joinery tasks. I am now running my own company with the knowledge and experience I have built up, I am able to under take many aspects of joinery jobs from small projects to large ones.??Please be advised, All my prices will be going up in April due to inflation costs, Thank you for your understanding. Tony was the only tradesman to reply,he sent a picture and a quote via text which was fine but told him I would get back to I'm when I had other quotes. I contacted him today to say I didn't want a upvc door I preferred wood and needed new frame so he said he would call this afternoon to have a look at the job as he was in the area but then he messaged back to say he had to go to another appointment and hoped I would get the job with another tradesman which were both checkatrade so will use them
