Hi my name is Trevor Gwynn I have only recently 're activated my account with Rated People as I have been carrying out extensive alterations to my new home so not actively seeking work This is almost complete now and I am returning to taking on outside work.I have been in the building trade for over 25 years and as such you are you are assured a professional job every time as my previous ratings will testify. I will shortly be up dating my photos to include some of the features in my new home.
Trevor literally swept in and saved the day. I advertised the small job but he took over where our previous builders abandoned us. He did all the joining work for our extension including boxing in and doors as well as fitting in our kitchen and setting up different parts of our utility room and downstairs toilet. We couldn't be happier and more grateful to Trevor. He was punctual, communicated well, worked full days and for a fair price.
Did a really good job of mending roof tiles and some internal brick work. Sourced some building materials at a good price and did the work quickly and on time as promised. I would use them again.

Came promptly to assess leaking roof. Explained exactly what the problem was, how much it would cost, when he could do it and how long it would take. Replaced missing tiles and fixed the ones that had moved. Very professional and efficient, would recommend him without doubt.

Came and did the quote within a few hours of posting job, and returned to do repairs within a few days. Very speedy and efficient an dos a great job of repairing our roof. Would use again / recommend without hesitation.

We spoke to a few firms about re-roofing our house, and whilst Lovatt's weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable with hiring them. The work was finished to a very high standard, they were highl,y communicative throughout, keeping us up to date with any issues, and they were extremely professional, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The job overran slightly, as we experienced really bad weather for a week or so, but I can have no fault with them or their work. Highly recommended!
