Tom was responsive and friendly and sorted our gutter issue quickly, installing a downpipe to relieve rain water that was causing damp to my neighbour's property. The job looks neat and tidy, and he was accommodating considering I didn't want scaffolding - he managed to get around this issue and was professional at each step. This is an effective, no-frills, reasonably priced outfit. They replaced my house extension 4mx4m flat roof with a new felt flat roof. I was impressed by the speed of response to my job posting, with a site visit on the same day and the work done a few days later in one day. The workmen were skilled and diligent and produced a good-looking product, clearing up afterwards. I paid the original price quoted, with no additional surprise items. No problems have arisen in the week since, despite storms.
