I am very pleased with the work undertaken. I employed G P General Building Works to replace the wood surround of my up & over garage door and rehang it. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The work was also completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. I would recommend and use them again.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! On the front of it the job looked well done I’ve had nothing but problems the tiles are all moving and the planters that have been built are now full of damp and can no longer be saved no damp proofing was put on top Nick has been avoiding me and doesn’t answer my calls PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Mick installed our new kitchen about 12 months ago. He's a fantastic tradesman, can cover all of your domestic trade news and a great guy whom you can trust. He did such a great job he's coming back next weekend to fit a bathroom and tile the whole of our ground floor.

This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Happy with the world they did. Cheerful friendly and got on with it. Also cleaned up after themselves. Now it’s all painted looks amazing and I love the lighting effect.
