David & and his assistant Gareth were excellent. Turned up on time on each occasion - when providing a quote and doing the job. Very knowledgeable - advised which radiators to fit with the existing plumbing. They also took great care with our new cream carpets and cleared up completely afterwards which my wife was very pleased about. Job completed without any issues. I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work

Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.
