I am a fully timed served gas engineer and have been in the trade for 9 years. The last 4 of which i have been a british gas approved contractor completing installations across the north west of england. Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all.
