Mal was professional from start to finish. He was prompt, attentive and thorough. Like any job, there were a few snags but these were overcome and worked through alongside our requirements. A real pleasure to have in our home and lovely to have peace of mind as the kitchen refurb progressed. Kept us informed every step of the way on the project. The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
