My name is Max Akkaya and my company started with plumbing and bathroom refurbishments after graduating from my NVQ level 2 course in Heating and Ventilation. In the last 20 years we have evolved into One Stop Design and Construction Ltd - a fully insured company that covers all aspects of home improvements such as loft conversions, extensions and bespoke refurbishments. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with Remi’s service. He charged £200 and said the issue was fixed, but it returned the next day. He claimed it wasn’t his responsibility and wanted to charge again. He then agreed to come back but cancelled directly with the tenants without informing me + went away for two weeks, leaving them without washing facilities. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price.
