I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. From initial point of contact to completion of the project I was delighted to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.

I had my carpets and vinyl flooring done by Bash. Such an incredible and reliable guy. From the beginning he was very easy to deal with - no up-selling, no fuss, just straightforward communication. He offered me the most decent price and the quality of his work was really good. Everything was exactly how I wanted. If i could give 6 stars I would, From the first point of contact with Frank on revamping my back garden to him coming to my house to brainstorm ideas. Discussing renewing decking Frank gave me an idea of building a retaining wall and back filling the space to have a level even garden. Frank and James were punctual and professional on site. The whole job seemed effortless (from my kitchen window). Given what was required. If I ever need anything else done garden or driveway wise i'll be calling him!!

Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. The quality of the paint work was good as well as the price! Marcin and his friend seemed easy going yet professional in their approach. There had been a misunderstanding regarding some areas I'd asked to be painted so when I spoke with Marcin about it he was more than happy to sort it out. I'd very much recommend Marcin and would ask him back again if I needed any more work done.
