Bogumil was prompt, efficient in his work and tidy. I had asked him to paint two bathrooms and wallpaper and paint a bedroom - he estimated 2 days and he had completed within the timescale. A reliable painter and decorator- I would recommend him.

I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. I was absolutely delighted with the job that Stephen did. I wanted one wall tiled behind my cooker and I had already bought the tiles so had an image in mind. When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. He was the only tradesman to measure the area I wanted tiled which was reassuring from the start and I made an instant decision to use him for my job. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job. I would absolutely recommend him.

Cannot praise enough. only reason for giving 4 stars on reliability was the last minute change in appointment - it didnt inconvenience me at all - and he came next day. I will definitely be calling on them again for any future jobs. 1st class!!

Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. I found R.A builders very helpful. Richard showed up exactly when he said he would and carried out the work in a very professional manner, leaving a very tidy working area. He provided all materials and work was carried out quickly. Richard obviously takes pride in his work as although this was just a quick rebuild he was very precise about what he was doing leaving the rough blocks neatly finished. This was the first time R A builders had done work for us but they will certainly be getting first shout on any future work. Thanks for making this a very easy experience for us, I would certainly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a builder.

Tree was trimmed in line with our request, they also sealed the cut areas and trimmed additional dead/redundant branches at no extra cost. Left work site spotless, was very impressed with the professionalism.
