I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Excellent communication discussing my job to replace 8 internal doors including a full description of how he would complete the work. Helped me with decision making on type of handles and choice of one part-glazed door, and answered all questions. Job took 2 days, Harry was on time, courteous and industrious. He was respectful of my home and tried to keep any mess to a minimum. I was very pleased with the result, the new doors look great. He took the old doors away for disposal. Highly recommended.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,
