I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!

Job OK as far as it went, but ended with one excuse after another for failing to finish, and - as expected - the promise to call back to arrange a time to complete the work was not kept.

Was disappointed that a little bit of damage was done to the door, also, no dust sheets, the initial job I am happy with but the door is very slightly sticking at the door frame, never done this before, I will admit that it's so tiny and perhaps I'm being picky, but I don't want one problem solved to be left with perhaps another one in the future, I know nothing about hanging doors but feel that this one hasn't been quite correctly hung, I may be wrong, only time will tell...

Extremely happy with the services provided by ACL. Not only has the communication the whole way through been exceptional but also before even being instructed to do the works I had numerous communications with them to work out the best way to do our garage conversion do discuss legal requirements and cost savings. I would highly recommend ACL to anyone I know getting works done.

Brendon did an excellent job of removing old blinds and replacing them with new ones. He replied instantly to my request, came round with a quote in a day, and undertook the work the next day. He was punctual, polite and helpful, and fixed an extra problem with the window catch while he was here. I would certainly recommend him (indeed, I am now likely to hire him myself for other jobs)

Excellent service, they helped me build a garden studio shed. At the start they help me realise my vision by creating 3d mock ups and offered advice on what type of design to go for. Friendly Highly professional On time They were very keen to make sure the job was perfect and went the extra mile to make that happen Would hire them again. Lovely people who did a great job. Do not use this company. Sol French came and quoted, took £800 up front but didn’t complete the work. The work that was done had to be entirely redone by another contractor. Constant stream of excuses and refusing to refund the money.

They were quick to offer the job and the agreed price was very competitive. Job could not be done on the day specified, however re-scheduled at a later date, communication was good and kept me informed. On the day the team arrived on time and did a great job, many thanks.

Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.

After we decided on the price, he decided that he was not going to clean the gutters on both sides of the house even though that was his main argument for such a high price

Radu and Constantin managed to wreck a 1930s bay window using an angle grinder on the brick work. Never came back to fix it.

Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

Very disappointed as after A LOT of emails and calls back and forth, Mario didn't come to my property. I had to rearrange my day and come back home at a time he could make it to find out he wasn't there. His phone was not on to find out where he was. And he only texted me after 8 hours saying that his previous job had overrun. I really would love to believe that, but it was a sunny day outside and I'm sure he could have found a plug within 8 hours to charge his phone if that was the problem.
