James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. 3 years later we have had multiple leaks, costing us over £1500 so far, on roofers who DO know what they're doing! and we're unfortunately not done yet. Please do NOT use these people !!
Turned up straight away and fixed the leak in my roof the next day. Just what was needed to save us getting wet! He also did some other repairs to make sure we're water-tight over the winter. Thanks
Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.
