Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

Do not under any circumstances use Knights Roofing or Tommy King who also has other companies.He did not complete the roofing/chimney work and he kept promising to come back and 6 months on we are now getting no response from him.Our chimney is leaking more than before and we are getting another professional to sort the problem

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

contacted me and gave me a quote for the job. The quote seemed reasonable and I was impressed by their surveyor. This was the only quote I received from Rated People and it quoted for a roofing that was not my preferred option. I was very impressed with Mansfield roofing but I have commissioned a local roofing company who will give the roof I want but at considerably more money.

Really pleased with the job completed on my roof. The team communicated well and explained things in detail showing me pictures of what was going on up on the roof. They also gave me options on what I needed to have done- rather than trying to exploit the situation. 100% recommend and will definitely use again for my extension. Thank you Panel Care!

This company turned up on time in order to look at what was required and quote what I thought to be a fair price. Unfortunately after I had agreed for them to have the job. They failed to contact to finalise dates. So I had to find someone else.

George started really well but unfortunately didn't finish the small areas required to complete. Had to finish of some small cosmetic issues myself. Such a shame as the main tiling work was really good.

Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys

I placed the add on rated people & got a call back the same evening from Tony. He came the next morning, provided me with a quote & got the job done. The work completed appears to be of good quality. Tony was down to earth and open to discussions providing me with options. As with all jobs,, ensure you have a rough idea of costs for materials, fuel/distance and number of workers. Do your research and obtain at least 3 quotes from other tradespeople.
