Despite repeated attempts to contact Gerry by phone and email to see when he was coming back to complete the job (he had to order a part) and he had been paid at this point he has never got back to us nor have we received the promised guarantee Very poor service, use this business at your own risk

David was a friendly, hard working, reliable and trustworthy tradesman who went the extra mile. He laid laminate flooring in my kitchen & hall, did ceiling cladding and painted my doors and kitchen walls. I am delighted with the finished job. Alex quoted the job first and completed the job within a couple of days. He gave advice on the direction to take and completed the job even dying the colour of the cement to my ridge. Extremely tidy which is a bug bear with me and I would thoroughingly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service, very professional, contacted me early in the day and was able to offer me an immediate start due to a cancellation. Well equipped, managed to erect the shed securely and safely as well as placing the base correctly. Cleared up behind themselves and left no mess, took away the packaging too! Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
