Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. He was friendly and courteous and kept disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if the need arises. Thank you Michael.

Chris contacted me promptly after putting my job ad and offered his availability straight away. I had solid wood flooring to lay on newly built extension, and it needed to fit the old floor. Chris did a great job, showing great carpentry skills, he worked hard over the weekend so I could have the living room sorted. Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Claudio replaced 3 keys. 2 are working okay but one cannot be turned. I had to get someone else to redo it as he was not able to come back.
