James and team came one day to give a quote and were back the very next day. My large garden was looking more like an overgrown meadow when they started and was unuseable. They worked extremely hard all day in the heat and its looking amazing now. Looking forward to getting out there this weekend. Jake and Paul had difficulties with their van so the job was postponed, but only by a couple of days. They got the job done, which wasn't an easy one, and I'm very pleased our double gates are secure once more. The price was reasonable, particularly and they showed great willing to overcome their transport issues and get the job done. My only suggestion to them would be a little bit more communication to let the customer know time of arrival etc. I wouldn't have a problem using them again.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. (Steve if you're reading this please reach out, it's not too late to fix it and get the job finished)

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.
