Hi I am shaun, Im self employed. I am able to confidently take on all types of home improvements from decorating to floor laying to plumbing etc etc. I have now been doing this line of work as a sole trader for over 15 years in the Nottingham and derby areas although my work has took me all over the uk. All my work is carried out to the highest of standards by my self and others when the task requires more personnel. Very pleased with service leading up to the job. I was pleased that Daniel offerred to start the job early even though it was a Sunday evening. The work was completed ahead of schedule, to a good standard, so much so that we asked for an extra room to be decorated. Both jobs completed to timescales, ensuring the refurbishment of our fitness facility was able to proceed without any delays at all. Will definitely use again. Excellent and Honest Service. Only had a small problem of a couple of slipped tiles at the edge of my roof. Needed someone to come and do a quick repair. This what they did. No lie 10 mins problem solved reasonable priced. Will use RJR again in the future, hopefully not for awhile though.

Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. I will definitely use them again

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
