We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. The proof of what we think and what you can expect is in the photos posted of our work. It can only be described as a quality job thank you.

Joe did a brilliant job moving furniture from upstairs to downstairs (and vice versa) as well as putting in some shelves. He’s coming back this week to do some more work and won’t hesitate with other jobs either. Very reasonable cost and friendly as well, recommended to all. Thanks Joe.

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Raf came over and checked all the jobs that needed doing before providing a price for the whole lot. He gave some some good suggestions and offered cheaper solutions to a couple of jobs. Raf got the first urgent job done for us in time. Friendly guy who is able to sort a lot of different jobs.

I highly recommend GRP Painting and Decoration. I am a landlord and hired him to completely decorate a property in Monton that had been left in a bad state by the previous tenant. I am delighted with the results and will be using them for future work. Georgi is a true professional and highly skilled tradesman. He has an attention to detail and is a hard worker.

After waiting three weeks to see how the new lawn progressed I can say that it is as good as I hoped at this stage. The job from contact to now has been excellent with the work starting on time and finished in one day as promised. Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
