We found a leak behind the washing machine and went on to Rated People .com. Ian was the first to call.We were so relieved he came the next day. He was very polite, professional and reassuring, also very patient as we had just moved in and did not know where the stop cock etc was yet.He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Next is a new bathroom suite and Ian is the man for the job.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. Dorj was incredible. He took on board what we wanted, worked really hard, did an incredible job of our bathroom and fixed some little issues we had afterwards. He's currently completing our kitchen and fireplace and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back.
