After being let down by another plumber, I posted the job on Rated People and Handel called within 5 minutes. He agreed to come and look at the job at 9am the next day, and arrived right on time. Even though the job wasn't as straightforward as it had first appeared, he sourced another part and returned promptly to finish the job. The price was as he first quoted. I will definitely be using HC plumbing again.

Eduardo came on time and inspected the job. He had a look at the job and was very clear on what to do and how much it will cost. Although it was more than what he had anticipated but he stuck to his quote. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a job done. The standard of work was excellent - way better than I have ever experienced. I am so lucky to have found this company. Always on time, turned up when expected - stayed late to finish, tidied up after themselves EVERY day - pleasant and courteous and excellent, excellent finish! I am really delighted and cannot recommend this Company enough. I have already had people around to look at the quality - it is seriously good. And so easy to deal with - nothing is too difficult for them. And I was fussy!

Very happy with the work carried out. We had the tiles replaced in our kitchen. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard with the kitchen being left in a very tidy state afterwards. Would definitely recommend

Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Clayton helped me find a new solution (tiles) and offered excellent advise throughout. I also found him friendly and easy to get on with and am happy to recommend him to anyone. Chloe
