Did full day at very short notice at reasonable cost, working hard. Did good job, but didn't offer to 'make good' the holes which had to be made for pipes. Would've expected to pay extra, but customers do want a complete job. Would still recommend, though - generally satisfied.

Never received a quote
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

He contacted me quickly and visited to get details. Said he would post me a quote...didn't get it...said he would send again...didn't get it. He said he was sending it to the wrong address so he would drop it round by hand -which he did. I booked him to do the job for a couple of months ahead and I booked 3 days off work for the work to be done. On the day the work was to commence I sat in and waited...and waited. Rang his mobile-it rang out a couple of times and went to ansaphone. Rang again an hour later, this time it rang several times before going to ansaphone. Eventually at 12 noon his wife called to say that he had hurt his back and would not be coming! Said he would contact me when he was better - this was a week ago - and guess what?...Still haven't heard anything. So, now we are heading into winter, and despite me being organised and arranging this in the summer I now face the winter with no central heating! Thanks Nick!
