The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Rob came round really quickly and made an excellent job - came back again to sort out more problems despite having to come all the way from Weston super Mare. He is very friendly and helpful and the price was much less than I thought. I have now engaged him again to do a complete central heating system in our new house.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
