I am a time served plumber with city and guilds nvq level 2 and 3 qualification with 15 years experience, from new boilers and new central heating systems, to dripping taps to bathroom installations. specialising in reactive maintenance and repair. Luke was very professional and did a brilliant job of sorting out all our issues with the toilets. He also sorted out the problem of noisy water pipes at the same time. I would definitely recommend him.

I could not fault the service I received from Richards & White. When I explained we were hoping to get this job done fairly quickly they were very accomodating. They were able to complete the job and send me a full copy of the written report that same day; both by post and email. Although I never met with them personally (they were carrying out the job on a house I was in process of buying) they were very polite and helpful in all communications.
