We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Excellent communications. Sourced, installed and certified a new boiler in our house. Not the cheapest quote but competitive and worth the extra pounds for the very professional service received.

Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.
