Patrick & Alfie did an excellent job. After the initial approach, we increased the requirement and the quote revised. As a result they replaced the boiler and fitted a new combi and uprated the heating system accordingly. Also replaced shower in en-suite. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
