Very happy with Gary's helpfulness and attential to detail. He really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly and looked good afterwards (re-grouting the floor to match the toilet, replacing pipes elsewhere in the bathroom he found to be unsuitable, etc.)

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paul in the future. He arrived at the time agreed and set about finding the problem. He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person). The price was what I was anticipating and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if needed.

Terry is a gem of a trader, he came to the rescue after another tradesmen took the money and only to find out cut corners and didn't insulate all the room on. Terry you can trust and leave him to get on with his job, not cutting any corners and will keep you posted and show you the progress, he even went out of his way to get me a new door, handles, locks and other materials, should me the actual invoice and got me trade prices. I would definitely use Terry services again. Thank you sir

This is the only plumber I have ever used that has actually turned up when he said he would. Not only that, but the service was excellent and he completed a 2 day job (new boiler and shower) in just 1 day! He even cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate to recommend Brendan and will be using him again in the future

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
