Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.
