Job was to take radiator off and then put back once work complete. Once put back, the radiator leaked from the valves at both ends of the radiator. I tried to contact Reece, but he ignored every call and message I sent. Also, the radiator being removed meant the water pressure dropped and needed to be topped up. When I contacted Reece about this, he admitted that he forgot to top the pressure up, but then ignored all my calls and messages when I asked how to do this. Got someone else in to fix issue.

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct.
