He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Very pleased with the work carried out re-connecting the gas supply to our boiler. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Pete and his team were friendly, considerate and respectful, provided a prompt quotation, performed the work to original cost despite a slight overrun (due to heavier drilling required), left our home tidy and clean, and with a fully functioning boiler again...thank you!
