Rob has been excellent from the beginning to the end. He's fitted a new worktop with upstand and rebuilt an existing kitchen unit to fit new layout, giving my tired kitchen a new lease of life. Everything has to be spot on with Rob, and I can see he takes great pride in his workmanship. Nice guy, excellent work, and fair pricing - Highly recommended.

Dave was quickly out to price the job and quickly out to repair. He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Very good service and will recommend Dave and use him again, if we should need a plummer in the future.

Initially, Andy gave us excellent advice on how we could achieve the best result on insulating the wall. The work was then carried out efficiently and professionally giving us an excellent result. He was always prompt, polite and tidy.

After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Raf came over and checked all the jobs that needed doing before providing a price for the whole lot. He gave some some good suggestions and offered cheaper solutions to a couple of jobs. Raf got the first urgent job done for us in time. Friendly guy who is able to sort a lot of different jobs.

Craig and team were very efficient, tidy, and prompt. It was a pleasursure deal with Craig from start to finish. My wife dealt with the guys mostly during the build, and she said they were very helpful and gave guidance were necessary. All in all a good experience. Thanks chaps.
