Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return. I liked Mr Harris ,his manner and he came across as someone you cold trust.

We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .
