Myles & his team came out to quote within a day of posting the job - most competitive quote we had - he talked us through the work every step of the way & provided us before and after pictures of all the jobs that were completed. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. There was some misunderstanding about the colour of the mortar used, but we can live with it. Would recommend him.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

Came to quote. Agreed to take on the job. Contacted me that morning to cancel as he "had to sort out a problem with existing job". After a few weeks I called to arrange a new date at 5pm and he agreed to come the following morning. Texted my address again as requested (admittedly on the morning he was due but before he had arranged to turn up. Received text telling me he thought I had changed my mind and was doing another job. This is less than 12 hours after we agreed. Getting someone else.

I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.
