We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

Nico suggested just getting it cleaned and treated for now while I decided. The result was amazing!! It looks like a brand new driveway. Jason and his team at JW Roofline have done a great job removing and replacing all of our fascia, soffit guttering and drainpipes over the past 2 days. I considered a few companies and chose this company based on them offering complete replacement and photos of previous work on their website and on mybuilder also. They removed all the old wood rather than just covering it up, so it was a professional job. Highly recommend this business as they specialise in roofline replacement.

An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .
