When I found out that I had rotten joists, I was worried that the floor might collapse catastrophically. I urgently looked for a good builder. Some workmen's point views were disappointing and did not make sense. Ben was very knowledgeable and very experienced with building structures. He and his team were very thorough, conscientious. I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.

The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.
