Patrick came out on a Sunday which was much appreciated and did a great job replacing a bathroom unit. He was pleasant and personable. I would definitely ask Patrick to quote for other jobs and would recommend him to others.

Work has now been completed by Richard. An excellent job as so many alterations were needed to get to the finish line. So very pleased and would highly recommend Richard. We have asked Richard to come back to do a further job for us when he is free to do so.

Once contacted, Andrew responded and visited promptly to assess and quote repairs needed. Once quote was accepted Andrew duly arrived when he Said he would and all work was Carried out to high and clean standard! Many thanks to him and I would recommend him.

I had a problem with my roof, Ian was very helpful, gave a description of what wrong and what my options were. He took pictures of the problem, to save me going on the roof, turned up when he said he would and fixed the leak. His number is now saved on my phone!

Took time to find out exactly what we wanted, drew up and agreed the plans for the the local authority accordingly and provided detailed costings. Provided realistic timetable & started on agreed date.Were clean and tidy workers, aware we still had to live whilst they were working. Any issues were discussed as they occurred and resolved. Finished in timescale.Also helped reduce costs. Excellent work and workers, really pleased with the new extension and patio, on budget and all certification received.

Dave and his sons created a super deck in our garden. They were professional and polite and my husband believes that Dave is the best tradesman to work in our home and we've had a few! I would not hesitate to use Dave again in the future and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable tradesman to work in their home

Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. Would certainly use him again when we need similar joinery/carpentry work.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Rhi and her team are very friendly and had good attention to detail throughout. There was good professional knowledge and this was evidenced through their hard work. They worked around us and we would have happily left them to get on with the work had one of us not be working from home.
