I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough. He went over and above to keep all the aspects of my ensuite shower room refurbishment running smoothly. He kept me informed of what would be happening and when and has produced an excellent quality shower room to meet my needs. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
