Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Pleasant enough, but had the job completed in 5 minutes, using a peice of waterproof tape. He charged £160 for the job, which I thought was a bit excessive. I could have done it myself for the price of a roll of tape. Fortunately, the problem has been solved, which I was grateful for.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough. He went over and above to keep all the aspects of my ensuite shower room refurbishment running smoothly. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Matt was fantastic very chirpy arrived on time and did a fantastic job I was very pleased with the flooring he also was proactive and cleaned the floor and disposed of the laminate flooring boxes I think He took them with him which he didn’t have too 10 out of 10 he also did the flooring in record time and finished early
