In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

I am a fully qualified NVQ, Level 2 & 3, CITY & Guilds plasterer specialising in solid wet application plasters, and Drywall. I have 40 years experience in the plastering construction trade. Examples of the projects I have worked on in the United kingdom are the Plastering restorations on the Duke, and Duchess of Devonshire Estate, Bolton Abbey, and the Royal Armouries museum In Leeds, West Yorkshire. A fantasic experience all round. Andy responded, spoke courteously on the phone and provided an estimate, popped in to 'survey' my spec, gave valuable advice and confirmed his quote inside 3 hours. Andy realigned his diary and next day was at my house, right on cue. My water damaged ceiling, complete with hole, is now a thing of the past. Excellent workmanship and an excellent result. Oh, and a thoroughly nice chap! I'll certainly use Andy again and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
