Raf came over and checked all the jobs that needed doing before providing a price for the whole lot. He gave some some good suggestions and offered cheaper solutions to a couple of jobs. Raf got the first urgent job done for us in time. Friendly guy who is able to sort a lot of different jobs.

A fantasic experience all round. Andy responded, spoke courteously on the phone and provided an estimate, popped in to 'survey' my spec, gave valuable advice and confirmed his quote inside 3 hours. Andy realigned his diary and next day was at my house, right on cue. My water damaged ceiling, complete with hole, is now a thing of the past. Excellent workmanship and an excellent result. Oh, and a thoroughly nice chap! I'll certainly use Andy again and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.

The front of the house was a mess ,we were a bit worried as we usually use someone we know or has been used by someone we know, but the guys did an amazing job and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.The front of the house looks amazing and they even cleaned everywhere

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
