Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. Unbelievably amazing service from Tommy from start to end. He takes the time to run through options with you, suggests and recommends suppliers materials and colours etc. It was like having an interior designer, plumber, tiler all rolled into one. Liam is brilliant, and I can’t fault his work. Liams quote for the damp proofing was very competitive, but his professionalism and approach to the problem won him the job. Since then we have used him for three other plastering jobs in the house and just booked him for a fourth. He has been so accommodating to our requests and has worked within our schedule even working over weekends and fitting us in where he could. Liam will be the first person I call with any other plastering jobs in the future.

Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.
I cover both indoor and outdoor aspects of Plasteirng and have been on the trade for around 7 years roughly. Whenever I take on a job I do my absolutely best to be neat and tidy as I know how important is is to yourself the customer. All work undertaken is done to the highest possible standard as that’s why all my ratings but one are positive (when I injured my shoulder and had no chance to rectify) I have just come back on Rated People after a couple of years working full time for a specific contractor and have had no need to be on here in case you where wondering why the reviews are old.
