We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

I cover both indoor and outdoor aspects of Plasteirng and have been on the trade for around 7 years roughly. Whenever I take on a job I do my absolutely best to be neat and tidy as I know how important is is to yourself the customer. All work undertaken is done to the highest possible standard as that’s why all my ratings but one are positive (when I injured my shoulder and had no chance to rectify) I have just come back on Rated People after a couple of years working full time for a specific contractor and have had no need to be on here in case you where wondering why the reviews are old. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Had a quote for a new gate to be installed, while here, we got discussing redoing the driveway in either resin or block paving. Nico suggested just getting it cleaned and treated for now while I decided. The result was amazing!! It looks like a brand new driveway. Highly recommend Nico, nothing was too much trouble to explain or give a demonstration. Ended up not only getting the new gate and fence, driveway cleaned, treated, sanded and sealed but also the back garden treated and cleaned. Fabulous work!

I hired R.L.C Plastering. Robin responded quickly and finished the job within one day (two people in the morning and three people in the afternoon including Robin). I had to go to the house to pay him at 11pm after he finishes. They are friendly and efficient. However they left a mess. They didn’t take out the radiators to plaster behind the radiators and the splashes are everywhere on the wall. They didn’t take away the rubbish either but left them in my garden.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

No job too small
After completing some lighting work I went in to have lighting installed on my wooden staircase .. worked ok to begin with but the sensor developed a fault and lighting continually flashed on and off this was Dec 24. Bradley has promised numerous times to rectify the fault I’ve taken time off work when he made arrangements to come but he has yet to turn up.. I would therefore not recommend as he has let me down. After posting the above he contacted me to arrange to come again and failed to turn up ..
