Took time to find out exactly what we wanted, drew up and agreed the plans for the the local authority accordingly and provided detailed costings. Provided realistic timetable & started on agreed date.Were clean and tidy workers, aware we still had to live whilst they were working. Any issues were discussed as they occurred and resolved. Finished in timescale.Also helped reduce costs. Excellent work and workers, really pleased with the new extension and patio, on budget and all certification received.

Dave and his sons created a super deck in our garden. They were professional and polite and my husband believes that Dave is the best tradesman to work in our home and we've had a few! I would not hesitate to use Dave again in the future and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable tradesman to work in their home

Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. Would certainly use him again when we need similar joinery/carpentry work.

Rhi and her team are very friendly and had good attention to detail throughout. There was good professional knowledge and this was evidenced through their hard work. They worked around us and we would have happily left them to get on with the work had one of us not be working from home.

It is always a scary prospect to use someone you haven’t used before. If that is you let me put your mind at rest. From the first contact Richard was superb and on job day punctual, polite and tidy. The paint job was excellent and they even did a little extra filling where needed. I would highly recommend J &R and it’s not just painting they do lots of things. I’ll definitely use them again.
