This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!
